Dear Vendors, We hope that our June 4-6, 2010, 2nd Annual Maryland Trauma Teddy Bear Run Music Festival is going to be a huge success, as our last years event was.
We are currently seeking vendors that can offer a wide range of services to our patrons
Our weekend passes are on sale now and our vendor fees are posted below.
If you are interested in being a vendor of any kind, Please read through our vendor policy, send in your vendor application , ( pages 5 & 6) vendor fee and any monies needed for extra passes to: SISTERS of CHROME WMC. 2200 Middleborough Rd. Essex, MD 21221 before May 1, 2010 dead line.

Includes 2 person per vendor with free tent camping. No cabin issued. No hook Ups, bring your own camping tents, tables, chairs, lighting and set ups for the entire weekend. ( All R V's , Campers must be self contained). Any other persons working with vendor must purchase weekend passes. Pases includes free tent camping only. All food vendors must contact

ALL Vendors Policy
All Vendor fees are a donation.
Vendor donations paid in cash - You will receive your two arm bands at that time.
* Any Checks must be made out and sent to: SISTERS of CHROME WMC
2200 Middleborough Rd. Essex, Md 21221.
* All Vendor fees paid with checks - you will receive your arm bands and or weekend passes if needed after your check has cleared our account.
* All Vendor applications ( pages 5 & 6) and fees must be turned in and received before May 1, 2010.
*Vendors are a first come, first served for us holding your vendor space.
*All Vendors needing any weekend extra passes , must be issued and be paid for at the time of vendor/ application ( pages 5 & 6) being handed in
* For any reason any vendor cancels . there will be NO refunds
* Rain or shine - there will be NO refunds
* Limit space for campers - first come, first serve.
*RVs Campers must be self contained - If not you will be made to leave with no refunds
*All vendors need to set up on Wednesday June 2, or Thursday June 3, 2010. No later
* SISTERS of CHROME WMC cannot provide support or equipment such as hand-carts, etc. to assist vendors in occupying their assigned vendor space or spaces.
*SOCWMC will not be held liable for the cancellation/shortening of the event due to police or fire department actions taken.

*All Vendors must remain set up from Thursday June 3, 2010 until 7:00am on Sunday June 6, 2010
*All Vendors must wear their arm bands the entire time from entering the gate until after event.
*If at any time vendor losses their arm band, you must pay another set up fee.
No Hook Ups - The Vendor will provide all items and materials required to make the vendor space suitable for vendor purposes.
SISTERS of CHROME WMC will not supply electricity, water, gas or any other utilities, tables, chairs, lights,coverings, ect. It is the responsibility of the vendor to bring all necessary equipment.
*If a vendor brings a generator, only the use of quite generators will be allowed.
*All electrical,supplies or connections must not interfere with patron right of ways or other vendors.
*No beer / food / alcohol or coolers brought out side camping areas.
*No vendor is to give or sell any food, beer or alcohol to any person / or public.
*Food vendors may sell food. no beer or alcohol of any kind.
* SISTERS of CHROME WMC will be selling beer and having permits to do so.
* No animals allowed. No Exceptions
* Everyone Must a valid photo ID
* Vendors are responsible for your children at all times
* All Vendors Are Responsible For Cleaning Up Their Areas.
* No four wheelers, dirt bikes & no go or golf carts inside event / camp.
All Vendors must be on good behavior, and abide by the vendor policy, If not you will escorted out of event and may not return. There will be no refunds
*This is a family event. No adult/sexually oriented conduct will be allowed at the event.
Violators will forfeit their vendor space fee(s) and be requested to vacate the event / camp vendor area immediately.
* Please send with vendor application a brief description of what you sell
SISTERS of CHROME WMC Will Has The Right To Refuse Any Vendor.
There will be no exceptions to this policy
Retain a copy of this Vendor Agreement for your records.

We, the undersigned for and in consideration of permission and space to participate in the Maryland Trauma Teddy Bear Run & Music Festival I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend,Girl Scouts of Central Maryland,SISTERS of CHROME WOMEN MOTORCYCLE CLUB its officials, representatives, agents, servants, security, volunteers and musical artist from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, liability and expense, including attorney fees and litigation expense, in whole or in part arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with my/our activities preparing for the SOCWMC / Maryland Trauma Teddy Bear Run & Music Festival, participating in or departing from SISTERS of CHROME WMC Maryland Trauma Teddy Bear Run & Music Festival in Cecil County Md. I have read and fully understood the above Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement. I also acknowledge that failure to comply with festival vendor rules can result in my booth removal from the event. I will not be entitled to a refunded of my application fee. I am aware that, I as a food vendor, I am to contact Cecil County MD Health Department. I do understand acceptance as a vendor I must have my own insurance, license, permits and pay my own taxes.
